The CAG is proud to partner with Crohn’s and Colitis Canada to develop the Inflammatory Bowel Disease - Global Rating Scale (IBD-GRS).

Modeled after the C-GRS for endoscopy, the IBD-GRS is designed to help clinics and hospitals across Canada assess and improve the quality of their IBD clinical services and patient experience. The tool has been tailored through the PACE program and encourages annual self-assessment by teams consisting of an IBD physician, nurse, and administrator.

Improve Your Practice With IDB-GRS

Whether you practice in a small clinic or hospital centre, we invite you and your team to join and complete the IBD-GRS on a yearly basis, ideally as a team of IBD physician, nurse and administrator.

The average time required to complete the IBD-GRS is 1-1.5 hours.

To acknowledge your site’s use of the IBD-GRS on a yearly basis, the CAG and Crohn’s and Colitis Canada will:

• Provide your site a certificate recognizing your dedication to quality IBD healthcare
• Identify your clinic on Crohn’s and Colitis Canada’s Service Finder. Service Finder - Support For You (crohnsandcolitis.ca)
