CPD Accreditation & Development

As an CPD provider accredited by the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons (Royal College), the CAG accredits programs developed by physician organizations and co-develops accredited programs with industry partners for credit under the Royal College's Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program.

All programs must adhere to the Canadian Medical Association’s Code of Ethics and Professionalism and Guidelines for Interacting with Industry.

CPD Program Accreditation

The CAG accepts accreditation applications from physician organizations for Section 1: Group Learning and Section 3: Feedback and Improvement activities.

Applicants are asked to submit their applications as early as possible to ensure there is sufficient time for both the accreditation review and event promotion.

For more information or to submit a program for accreditation, contact our Education Project Manager Kiran Masood at .

CPD Co-Development

CAG offers accredited CPD programs through a co-development process with industry partners or non-physician organizations.

To explore co-development opportunities and learn more about sponsorship, contact our CEO Stuart Johnston at .
