The Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG) and the Canadian Digestive Health Foundation (CDHF) are pleased to present an award specifically designed to assist clinically-based gastroenterologists, who are members of the CAG, take advantage of special educational and professional skills upgrading opportunities. The Community Research Grant (CREG) is offered in even years (2016, 2018, etc.).

Applicants must be CAG members, in practice for at least one year at the time of application, and may not have received this award previously (this is a one-time award).

Application Process

Step One: Complete the Letter of Intent (LOI) - Deadline is October 15 11:59 PM ET

Please fill out the LOI online form. A response will be provided within one month.

Step Two: Submit Application - Deadline is December 15 11:59 PM ET

Once the LOI is approved, a link to the application form will be emailed.

Step Three: Post-Program Submission

A short summary (1-2 pages) of your work, including results and a list of any publications (abstracts, papers, and presentations) must be submitted no later than one month after completion of the award term.
