1. How to View ePortal Content: logging in to MY CAG, finding the ePortal pages, and enrolling in the course.

2. How to print your Certificate of Completion: Viewing certificates as a .pdf

Q. The video I am trying to watch is greyed out.

A. You must click on "Enroll Now" in order to access the course. All courses are FREE for CAG members!

Q. Why do I have to "enroll" in the course if it's free?

A. By "enrolling" in the course, it is automatically saves it in your profile to reference later on if need be.

Q. How do I search for a course?

A. You must first click on the category that the course pertains to. From there, you may type in the search bar any keywords in the course title or speaker.

Q. I would like to print my Certificate of Completion. How do I do this?

A. Click on "My Profile" then "My Certificates". From there, you may view, print as a .pdf, copy a link or email the Certificate of Completion.

Q. What does "My Account" mean under "My Profile"?

A. This information is directly linked to your MY CAG account details. If you change your password here, it changes the password for your MY CAG account.

Q. I have completed a Section Two video. Where can I complete my Personal Learning Projects (PLP) Template?

A. You may find this template in the Tools/Templates section of the CAG website.

Q. I cannot find the course I am looking for on the ePortal. Help!

A. Please email the CAG National Office if you have a certain course you are looking for but cannot find it on the ePortal.
