How much does it cost to publish a paper?
JCAG offers some of the lowest publication fees in the medical publishing landscape, with reduced rates for CAG members — and an additional 75% subsidy for CAG trainee members — to encourage participation and improve accessibility.
Publication fees (charged only upon acceptance and publication):
- Trainee CAG Member: $387 USD
- Regular CAG Member: $1,546.36 USD
- Non-Member: $2,308 USD
To qualify for the trainee subsidy, trainees must:

- Hold a current CAG Trainee membership
- Select “Original Article – CAG Trainee” as the manuscript type at submission
Please note: case reports are not eligible.
