Many patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) are diagnosed at a young age. They often have more aggressive and complicated disease course. Therefore, a formalized transition process from pediatric to adult gastroenterologist may be beneficial for these young adults with IBD.

We are hoping to understand the current transition process occurring across Canada.

We invite you to participate in this short ten-minute survey that can help us gain some insights into this important aspect of IBD management. Results from this survey will be analyzed and a manuscript will be submitted for publication.
