Survey - Communicating Results after Endoscopy
Dear Canadian Gastroenterologist,
With over 1.6 million endoscopies being performed in Canada annually, the demand on endoscopists and endoscopy units has increased dramatically. Resource limitations have resulted in an increased focus on quality markers for all performed procedures. One factor that directly impacts quality of care is patient understanding of results, and their subsequent medical care plan post-procedure.
We are conducting a study to determine how Canadian gastroenterologists communicate results to their patients following endoscopic procedures.
Please take 5 minutes to respond to this anonymous survey. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
