The Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG), in collaboration with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC), is pleased to announce the Summer Student Scholarships for Research in Gastroenterology. These scholarships are designed to provide short-term financial support for undergraduates who wish to obtain introductory training in research in the field of Gastroenterology.

The successful candidate will be expected to work full time on a research project under the supervision of a qualified investigator for ~ 4 months; the stipend is $7,000.

The 2011 Competition is now open

The deadline for applications is January 31^st (or the first day after, if January 31^st is not a work day).

Award notification will occur by March 31 and funding will be provided by May 1.
