Summer Studentships
The Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG), in collaboration with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC), is pleased to announce the Summer Student Scholarships for Research in Gastroenterology. These scholarships, are designed to provide short-term financial support for undergraduates who wish to obtain introductory training in research in the field of Gastroenterology.
The successful candidate will be expected to work full time on a research project under the supervision of a qualified investigator for ~ 4 months. The stipend is $5,500, with an additional $500 provided to the supervisor to support materials and supplies associated with the project.
The 2010 Research Competition is currently open.
The deadline for applications is January 31st (or the first day after, if January 31st is not a work day).
Award notification will occur by March 31 and funding will be provided by May 1.
