CDDW

Canadian Digestive Diseases Week (CDDW) is the annual scientific conference of the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG).  The meeting is directly preceded by the Gastrointestinal Residents in Training Program (GRIT) Course and Scholars Program.

New! Once in the CDDW registration site you will be asked to enter a registration code at the bottom of the first page. CAG and CASL members will need to enter their registration code to access the CDDW member registration rate. Otherwise, only the non-member rates will be available.

CDDW Speakers and co-chairs will be emailed their registration code from the CAG office. If you have not received your speaker/co-chair registration code, please contact the CAG office at the number/email listed below.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

Delegates will arrange their accommodation directly with the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, which will provide confirmation to the individual. Room reservations are your responsibility; CAG and CASL will not be involved in this process.

Please book your room early and before December 31, 2011; after this time the hotel will not be holding rooms for delegates and your request may or may not be granted based on availability.

AIR CANADA
Air Canada has been chosen as the official airline for the conference. All Tango Plus fares and those in higher categories will be eligible for a 10% discount. The discount will be applied automatically when the flight is booked. To obtain the promotion code for the discount, please log into the Members' section of the CAG website then click on "My Profile" and the promotion code will be listed under your Contact Info. Alternately you may contact the CAG office. The discount code may also be used by your travel agent.
