If you have Adobe Standard or Adobe Professional

you can extract any portion of this slide set you require.  Under the ‘Document’ menu in Adobe, select ‘Pages’ in the drop-down menu, then select ‘Extract’.  In the ‘Extract Pages’ dialogue box that opens, enter the range of pages that you wish to extract then click ‘OK’.  The program will delete the unwanted pages from the file.  You can either save the extracted pages as a whole pdf to be run through Adobe, or save it down as a jpg file which will make each slide into a JPEG image that can be inserted into your PowerPoint presentation.
