Nominations for this award can be made by any member of the CAG. The most convenient means to nominate a candidate is to use the *CAG Nomination form found on this Web Server!  A curriculum vitae must be concurrently forwarded to the CAG National Office, preferably in electronic format to the following This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
