Nominations for this award can be made by any member of the CAG. The most convenient means to nominate a candidate is to use the *CAG Nomination form!  A curriculum vitae must be concurrently forwarded to the CAG National Office, preferably in This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The Research Committee will review the nominations and make recommendations to the executive, who will make the final decision on the recipient.
